Permit Description: TEP NEEDS TO CHANGE OUT 6 POLES AND 2 ANCHORS ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE OF CALLE VENTURA FROM FAIRVIEW TO CALLE CENTRAL. ALL B.O.C. IN ROW. WILL ALSO HAVE TO ADD 2-PEDESTALS, ONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY BY ADDRESS 826 AND ONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE NEAR ADDRESS 871. ADDING ONE NEW POLE JUST SOUTH OF 850 B.O.C. IN ROW. WILL ALSO BE ADDING ONE NEW ANCHOR ON WEST SIDE OF FAIRVIEW IN LINE WITH CALLE VENTURA NOTES: This project is located in an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued.
