PEDESTRIAN ACCESS MUST BE PROVIDED AND MAINTAINED PER MUTCD CHAPTER 6D. FIELD ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT SET UP TRAFFFIC CONTROL PRIOR TO 9:00 AM AND TRAFFIC COTROL SHELL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO 3:30 PM
