NOTE: ONCE VERTICAL WALLS ARE CONSTRUCTED A PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL WILL BE ERECTED ON 4TH AVENUE (APPROX Feb/Mar 2020).
PRIOR TO SUBMITTING FOR PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL A SITE MEETING WITH TDOT AND SUNLINK PERSONNEL IS TO TAKE PLACE TO ENSURE PROPER PLACEMENT. A SUNLINK TRACK ACCESS PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED AT SUCH TIME.
