MESSAGE BOARDS MUST BE USED INAPPROPRIATE SPOTS TO INFORM ON COMING TRAFFIC OF THE DURATION 3 DAYS BEFORE WORK BEGINS. SURROUNDING BUSINESSES MUST BE NOTIFIED OF WORK. BUSINESS ACCESS MUST BE MAINTAINED AND SIGNED. SCHOOLS AFFECTED BY WORK MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE DURATION AND LOCATION OF WORK. ( Which includes but does not limit; The University of Arizona, Roskruge Bilingual Magnet K-8 School, Tucson High Magnet School, and Mansfeld Middle Magnet School) CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH EVENTS HELD FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA IN THE AREA AT THE TIME OF WORK. TUCSON CITY COUNCIL WARD 6 MUST BE NOTIFIED OF ALL WORK AND DURATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT.
