04/15/2020 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Bravin Approved all gas work has been completed. SW gas had inspector on site throughout the project. All gas line was done to SW gas specs. All backfill was slurry filled and all asphalt patches and concrete work has been accepted and approved. No issues. Traffic concerns were handled on a daily basis. No issues
