08/15/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Bravin Approved small excavation along North curb on Jackson with a road crossing to new cox ped. Underground complete, brick was reinstalled and new collar for ped was poured with colored concrete per my instruction. Asphalt patch across Jackson is not the greatest and will monitor.
