Description:
Crew will remove asphalt & dirt to expose and inspect pipeline. If defects are found, crew will replace or repair the pipeline, backfill w/dirt to 12", then use concrete slurry. New asphalt must match existing permit section will be applied when all digs are complete. 12th Ave & 40th St Intersection, and in front of 3013 12th Ave This section of 12th Av. is under a pavement cut moratorium . Additional pavement repairs will be required, 2" mill and fill will be need to be performed for 50' beyond each end of trench and entire width of effected lane.

Northbound lane of 12th was milled and repaved to moritoruim standards. PAG 11 was used in roadway. A and S repaved the area. One asphalt patch was on private property and the postion of paver on to 12th was difficult resulting in paving 12th against Traffic. Matt Sierras was notified of issues. City standards are to pave with traffic flow. No issues as a result and job is complete. |
