COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

This site is located in the HC-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22).

The applicant is proposing re-branding of existing signage. The site has already gone through a variance (T13OT00050) for 3 Integrated Architectural Features which was approved on April 10 2013. The applicant is proposing the addition of a logo to each already approved sign. The total sign area proposed is 85.9 sq. ft.

Historic review will be necessary.
