Commercial development to be phase 3, per approved plats. 2) Separate electrical permit required to run power to the sign. Once issued, clarify where power source is from and where panel is for inspection and future access. B) note the volts, amps, circuits C) note the sign is UL listed (otherwise a separate inspection required to open the sign for electrical examination, fees would apply) 3) Outdoor Lighting Code, Ch. 4 & 5: A) provide notation: color temperature for internally illuminated sign shall not exceed 4400K 4) Enlarge site plan sheet to read notes and dimensions. Thrall Date: 3/5/19 1) UPDATE - Research through La Estancia PAD-7 zoning document shows underlying commercial C-1 zoning base on the two lots and common area where the proposed detached signs are to be placed. These lots are reserved for commercial uses. Rather than use the Master Sign Program (MSP) per PAD District of the Sign Standards, because these lots are a base of commercial zoning as written in the PAD, the C-1 zone criteria can be used to install these signs, as proposed, at 30 approx square feet each, as monuments. PAD development permission required. The current phase under development/construction is residential low density - further west into the PAD site, off Kolb, along with roadway installation. As development as begun within the PAD, and phasing is accepted/planned/platted, these signs may be permitted/installed using the commercial zoning component, and a master sign program for other permanent signs (if proposed) can be pursued at another time, keeping same design criteria with materials as used in these signs.
