Description:
Gentle Ben’s is proposing to enlarge the existing west window openings and
convert them to awning windows. This area will also provide a bar top for the
patrons on the interior of the building to sit at. They are also proposing to add
to awning windows at the existing bar area for patrons to sit at on the existing
south patio. Finally, Gentle Ben’s is proposing to elevate a portion of the
existing east patio to match the existing finish floor of the south patio. The
new required railing would match the existing patio railing.
