TEP will be removing 3 poles (1, 272 & 273) in the ROW unit 273 approximately 250' East of the intersection pole will be removed. Unit 272 on the N/E corner of Alvernon & 22nd will have a 5'x5' hole 6' of the 18' concrete foundation will be removal and concrete slurry backfilled, possible sidewalk impact which will be replaced if removed. Unit 1 on the S/E corner of Alvernon & 22nd will have a 2'x2' hole 6' deep backfilled without sidewalk impact. TEP was directed to have the remaining foundation on unit 272 as-built so that it will be located by TEP Blue-stake. TEP will document this request in our GIS facility management system as requested by the City of Tucson's Fred Felix. Possible night work to remove the poles may be required. A NOTICE OF TEMPORARY HOLIDAY RESTRICTION applies to this permit and will be in effect from Thanksgiving Day to January 2. Due to the increasing traffic volume on many of the City's roads, it is necessary to restrict lane closures on certain roads during the holiday season.
