Scope of work includes grading site pad to specified elevation of 2497 feet, placing millings and placement of a 12' x 60' trailer on jacks to be used a temporary location for COT's graffiti abatement contractors. Grading will be done off of the travel lanes. Must coordinate with upcoming Prop 409 project effecting 31st St. Address on permit on Aviation (SR-210) used for permitting purposes but access to the site is off of E 31st St.
