OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR VALENCIA/HEADLEY COMERCIAN PROPERTY 01/09/2018-PLAN CHANGE Minor changes to the traffic control plan are as follows: 1) We extended the pedestrian walkway further to the West, to get it out of conflict with the barrier wall. 2) We added a “No U-Turn” sign to West-bound Valencia (not enough room to make the u-turn with a long vehicle if we close the outside lane. 3) We wrapped the pedestrian walkway on the East end around Headley to utilize the existing crosswalk. 02/12/2018-PLAN CHANGE REQUESTED MODIFICATION OF SHOULDER CLOSURE TO BE IN PLACE DURING MEDIAN WORK. 24 HOUR SHOULDER; 9-3:30 MEDIAN WORK. 03/16/2018-PLAN CHANGE Revised Traffic Control Plan is attached. Changes include lights on all barricades, and permission to leave the West-bound median lane closure up 24-hours, and the East-bound median lane closure up during daytime only (9:00am-3:30pm). These changes have been discussed with out field PIA inspector.
