Separate building and development permits will need to be reviewed and approved. The recommendations of the engineering report must be followed for all development. The significant requirements are listed but additional requirements in the report are included by reference. 1. The owner must sign and record a covenant restricting the future use of the buildings to vehicle parking and storage. 2. The owner must sign and record a covenant providing regular monitoring and application of protective measures for the life of the storage building. 3. Elevation and location requirements of the report must be followed. This permit becomes void is significant erosion occurs before construction of the proposed storage building. |
