Sign area and change copy proposal within code.

The following corrections to the plans are needed:

1) Provide mounting details for:
A) Sign "A" logo sign at 196 square feet sign area. Note, this may require engineered calcs and special inspection, depending on response.
B) Sign "C" logo sign at 100 square feet sign are. Note, this may require engineered calcs and special inspection, depending on response.
C) Provide mounting diagram that matches for sign B to surface type shown on elevation view. On both diagrams - indicate surface - provide detail on the structural component mounting to. Appears to be a bar in diagram? Further comment may be forthcoming on this sign design, depending on details provided. (Show any backer walls, proximity to wall surface above - ie. is this a sign mounted on a light bar that is recessed under an overhang entry to the building?)

2) Electrical: NEC 600
A) Acknowledged a "lockable disconnect" noted on plans. Clarify - separate from required shut off switch locations to signs? (all signs)

3) Outdoor Lighting Code: Ch. 4
A) provide timer, indicate where located - notation or diagram is fine - all signs

4) Provide copy of building elevation - possibly within plan set, that shows exterior work to be done to site. Building plan found, T18CM0396, notes only interior work. It is possible this plan was not in full description for review.
