04/02/2018 Floodplain Use Permit T18OT00347 April 2, 2018 (No Elevation Certificate Required). The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the Special Flood Hazard Area (FEMA Zone AE, Panel 2282L,) in the City of Tucson at 4641 N Belvedere Av, SPEEDWAY AMENDED N41' S125' LOT 10 BLK 14, for demolition of an existing residential structures. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard regulations, and is subject to the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit: 1. All work shall conform to the attached plans (T18BU00162) which are made part of this permit. 2 The existing structure should be removed completely. 3. The grade at the building location shall not be increased above the surrounding existing grade. 4. The existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed or changed. 5. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 6. All new development must comply with floodplain regulations in effect at the time of development, including elevation and encroachment analysis. 7. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any required development permit (s') changes the configuration of the structure and or site development. 8. Any future development of the site including patio walls to be constructed will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit. This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions set forth in this permit are not complied with.
