STAFF NOTED THE SUBDIVISION SOUTH (ACROSS CERRADA DE BETO) HAS A DEVELOPED RESIDENTIAL LOT WITH THE SIDE AND REAR YARD BORDERED BY A MASONRY WALL. THE SIGN WOULD FACE THE SIDE AND REAR YARD OF THAT LOT.

4) BILLBOARD SIGNS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE MASTER SIGN PROGRAM OPTIONS OF 7A.7.1.

5) IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CONTRACTOR CONSULT WITH STAFF FOR DISCUSSION ON THE OVERALL PROPOSAL.}
