01/04/2018 | Floodplain Use Permit T18OT00014 January 4, 2018 (No Elevation Certificate Required). The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the Special Flood Hazard Area (FEMA Zone A, Panel 1693L) in the City of Tucson at 3838 East River Road, PTN SE4 NE4 27.62 AC SEC 28-13-14, for a shade structure with solar panels. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard regulations, and is subject to the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit: 1. All work shall conform to the attached plans (T18CM00084 and DP17-0210) which are made part of this permit. 1) Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 2) All electrical panels shall be a minimum of 5 feet above grade. 3) Any fence or wall will required separate floodplain review and permitting. 4) Any additional future disturbance of the floodplain including the construction of any fences, walls or accessory structures shall have separate floodplain use permit applications submitted to this office for review and approval. This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions set forth in this permit are not complied with. |
