Description:
On 9/1/2017, the DRB approved the following proposal to rehabilitate the façade of the original building by removing the existing stucco and lathe, repointing the original brick and repairing or replacing brick in areas where needed. The proposal is not for a full restoration of the existing building's façade such that it would be eligible for the National Register; however, the work will maintain the building's status as a contributing structure of the district.
TPAC reviewed the proposal and approved on 9/28.
