11/06/2017 TDOT-Routine Barricade Inspect JCastaneda Approved CTL accessing manhole. Spoke with CTL crew onsite, they will be finishing up today and then will be done with the scope of work. I will check back tomorrow to ensure that all of the barricades have been picked up and then close this permit out.
