6132484 - Install 2-TEPCO poles, 1-GOAB and 1-3Ø Xfmr Bank, Swing OH Svc to new pole. Remove 1-Pole, 1-3Ø Xfmr Bank & 1-100W D/D Light.
6132485 - Install 1-Guy Wire (use existing Anchor). Remove 3-Poles & approximately 242 ft. of OH Secondary.
