Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. 1) You shall remove the extension cord powering the computer in the office. You may use a UL listed power strip with over surge protection. 2012 IFC 1006.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. 2) The 2 Emergency lights in the dining are not working. You shall cause them to operate as stated above. 2012 IFC 901.6.2 Records. Records of all system inspections, tests and maintenance required by the referenced standards shall be maintained on the premises for a minimum of three years and shall be copied to the fire code official upon request. 1) You shall provide the inspector with a copy of: a) your most recent fire alarm system annual report b) your most recent sprinkler system annual report 2012 IFC 113 amendment Table 113 - Permit Fee Table. An operational permit shall be obtained for a state licensed facility. 1) You shall submit a permit application and pay the required permit fee before the operational permit for a state licensed facility will be issued. |
