The existing alley can be used for fire department access with the existing Power Poles to remain. 3. The alley must be posted "NO PARKING-FIRE LANE" per City Standards.4. The HOA rules shall include "NO PARKING-FIRE LANE" for the private access driveway/road.5. The "NO-PARKING FIRE LANE" signs for the private access driveway/road may be spaced further apart, but if the Fire Department determines that parking has become an issue, then additional signage to City Standards will be required to be installed.6. The gate shall have a KNOX Key Switch Installed for Fire Department Access.
