I HAVE ADVISED WILLIE OF THE REMAINING ISSUES FOR THE SITE ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) COMPLETE THE SITE AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED AND REVISED DRAWINGS FOR THE SITE. 2) REPAIR DAMAGED SIDEWALKS AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE SITE PRIOR TO THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND CLOSURE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE. 3) SUBMIT REVISED DRAWINGS FOR ALL THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE. IN THESE CHANGES THEY WILL NEED TO REFLECT ALL OF THE ROOF DRAINAGE ISSUES AND HOW THEY WILL BE CHANGED. 4) ADD THE SCUPPERS THROUGHOUT THE SITE AS DISCUSSED DURING TODAYS MEETING TO PREVENT THE DEPOSIT OF RAINWATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AREAS(SIDEWALKS) THROUGHOUT THIS SITE. 5) CREATE THE WATER HARVESTING AREAS AS NEEDED AND ENSURE THAT THESE ARE APPROVED ON THE REVISED DRAWINGS. 6) ADD HANDRAIL ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE SITE AT THE SIDEWALK THAT LEADS OUT TO GOLLINKS ROAD IN THE AREAS THAT EXCEED THE 5% RUNNING SLOPE FOR THE RAMPS. 7) COMPLETE ALL REMAINING SITE WORK AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL AREAS THAT HAVE BEEN DISTURBED HAVE EITHER HYDROSEED OR DG PLACED ON THEM TO PREVENT FUTURE EROSION AND DUST ISSUES FROM ARISING. 8) IN THE NORTHERN PARKING AREAS IT HAS BEEN NOTED THAT THERE ARE SOME DRAINAGE ISSUES WITH PONDING WATER AND EROSION ISSUES THAT HAVE ARISED WITH THE PREVIOUS RAINS. 9) THE WESTERN HANDICAP LOCATIONS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND ARE OUTSIDE THE MAXIMUM 2% AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PROJECT. 10) CALL IN ALL INSPECTIONS FOR THE PERMITS TO ENSURE THAT ALL THE PERMITS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND CLOSED PRIOR TO THE FINALS. THIS IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED A FULL AND FINAL LIST OF REMAINING ITEMS THAT MAY NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS SITE. THAT LIST WILL BE COMPLETED ONCE THE FINAL GRADING INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE. |
