In keeping with compatibility of the existing patios along Congress, the proposed patio will consist of new powder coated steel benches and railings with painted wood clad planters. Potted plants and (2) box trees will soften the space.
No changes will be made to the exterior of the existing building. All patio modifications can be removed and are non-permanent. The proposed modification will continue the engaging and vibrant streetscape.
