Description:
On October 7, 2016, the Design Review Board (DRB) heard the proposal requesting a landscaping and screening modification for a portion of a Planned Area Development associated with rezoning case C9-00-23. The portion of the project requesting the modification consisted of Lots 1-12 with site grading, roadway, utility, drainage along east and west property line, landscape and screening improvements ( as shown in DP-16-0019). This modification requests is provided in the Unified Development Code (UDC) Sections 3.11.1.B.3 and 3.11.1.D.1.C., respectively.
Pursuant to provisions of UDC Section3.11.1, the application has been, APPROVED as shown on the submitted plan and drawings subject to the following condition:
1. The vegetative screen consisting of Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) and Hopbush (Dononea viscosa) will be increased five gallon to 15 gallon shrubs. The ratio shall be 75% (5 gallon) to 25% (15 gallon).
