The King Warehouse, managed by Peach Properties, is located at 510 N. 7th Avenue in Tucson, Arizona. It is an adaptive reuse of an existing C-3 zoned structure. The site is located on the corner of 6th Street and 7th Avenue and falls within the Sixth Street Sub-Area of the Downtown Infill Incentive District. This site will be impacted by the realignment of 6th Street in order to accommodate the construction of the Downtown Links project planned to start in the near future. This realignment will virtually eliminate the existing parking lot currently serving the building.
