12/27/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Bravin Approved Sewer crossing patch was completed today. Area was excavated, compacted and A.B.C was added. CPC supplied 10 tons of PAG 11 for the repair. Permit will be excepted with one issue. A small piece of sidewalk will need to be replaced when the sidewalk is replaced, for now it is filled with asphalt.
