The homeowner did recieve a NOV. upon my inspection the homeowner did not impeed the sidewalk or the driveway curb cut, he basically filled in his half of driveway. I expressed that he was wrong in pouring the driveway apron. He admitted his mistake. I asked Tom adkins to come out and verify my results. Tom agreed with the decision to leave the concrete in place. The permit is now accepted and the issue is closed |
