All valves controlling the water supply for sprinkler systems, pumps, tanks, water levels and temperatures, critical air pressures and water flow switches on all sprinkler systems shall be electrically supervised by a listed fire alarm control unit.
1) There shall be electric supervision of the sprinkler tamper and flow switches on this system.

TFC 907.6.5 Monitoring. Fire alarm systems required by this code or by the International Building Code shall be monitored by an approved supervising station in accordance with NFPA 72.
1). You shall acquire monitoring by a listed and approved supervising station.

TFC 903.5 Testing and maintenance. Sprinkler systems shall be tested and maintained in accordance with Section 901.
1) You shall relocate sign that is obstructing sprinkler distribution pattern in main lobby hallway to the left of the reception desk.

TFC 1011.6.3 Power source. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. To ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less than 90 minutes in case of primary power loss, the sign illumination means shall be connected to an emergency power system provided from storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 604.
