All heads as per plan ( added 1 in the hallway to the right wing). Before giving final: Further construction to be performed in the existing garage turning it into a managers apartment. Sprinkler plan will have to be adjusted to meet any changes to original plan. GC had revised plans showing new walls and a garage split lengthwise into a storage unit with a sliding garage door and an apartment on the other side of a wall. ( see plans on file with drawing & notes). Flow switch on riser in place. no bell as of yet. Will need either a monitored shut off for tampering or any valves between the city water and the BOR shall also shut off entire house water supply. |
