Riser up pole and attach aerial 310ft east and then N/E 275ft crossing street. Aerial attachment continues east 1315ft. Aerial attachment continues south 245ft and then east 580ft. Riser down pole and trench west 5ft dirt and then south 5ft dirt. Trench continues south out of ROW. Pima County has responded that this is all COT jurisdiction.
