Starting from pole on the E/side of 1st Ave and north of Wetmore Rd, riser down pole and pull fiber north through existing conduit 541ft. Pull continues east out of ROW and then back into ROW on River Rd going S/E 5917ft. No trench work will be done, only work trucks will be in ROW for pull in conduit. There maybe some potholes (3'x3'x3') needed but will be determined at the time of working project, will be discussed with inspector/pre-construction meeting. There will not be any road closures or interruptions.
