09/25/2015 This floodplain use permit is issued with the following 9 conditions: 1) A copy of the SWPPP and SWPP Report shall be provided to the City of Tucson PDSD Engineering Division prior to commencement of work. 2) A copy of the SWPPP and SWPP Report, Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation, ERR Report, TIA and Drainage Report shall be provided to the Contractor by the EOR prior to commencement of work. 3) This Floodplain Use Permit T15OT00984 is issued concurrently with the associated improvement plans/permit DP15-0065. Copies of these documents shall be kept in a readily accessible location on site at all times. 4) Call for PDSD Engineering Inspections during bank protection installation, storm sewerline installation, draigen improvements, and outlet improvements. 5) All work shall conform to the approved drainage report, DP15-0065 grading plans, and geotechnical engineering evaluation which are made part of this permit. The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the improvements that will be done to the site, and that all additions, improvements or repairs are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. No other improvements, repairs, or reconstruction have been made to the structure that is not indicated in the attached plans and/or documents. This permit is specific to the improvements for the building specified as indicated on the approved plans. It shall not apply to any other structure or property, whether attached or unattached, not specified under this permit. 6) Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, and continuing through to the completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "Construction proceeding under requirements of City of Tucson Floodplain Use Permit No. T15OT00984. For information please call 791-5550." 7) Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. The existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed nor changed. 8) This permit expires September 25, 2016. If extension is not requested prior to expiration date, renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the Planning & Development Services Department, Engineering Division. This permit may be renewed for up to one year, at the sole discretion of the City Engineer or designated representatives. 9) See Temporary Construction Easement and Private Drainage and Maintenance Easements for this project. All offsite and onsite work shall be as-built and shown on a Final Revised Grading Plan and submitted under DP16-0065.
