09/30/2015 **MUST RESTORE WASH TO ORIGINAL CONDITION AND CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS OF THIS PERMIT AND THE ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS 404 PERMIT.** The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the flood hazard in accordance to the City of Tucson Floodplain Ordinance. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain, Stormwater and Erosion Hazard Management, Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat Ordinances and are bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Area Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat Regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. 1. All work shall conform to the attached plans & attachments, which are made a part of this permit. 2. This Floodplain Use Permit applies only to those matters regulated under Floodplain and Erosion Management Ordinance, and does not intend, nor should it be construed to approve the establishment of any use or uses prohibited or also regulated by Federal, State or local laws or regulations. 3. Applicant assumes responsibility for engineering, design, construction, inspection and maintenance associated with all improvements and facilities covered by this permit. 4. Drainage and erosion control methods are not to create drainage and erosion problems on adjacent public or private property. Watercourse is not to be blocked, altered or diverted during the construction. 5. The backfill for the trenches shall be 95% compacted per City standard. 6. The installation of permitted work is not to damage or alter City of Tucson property or improvements. 7. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of surface storm water from or to adjacent properties. 8.
