The Contractor must obtain the City's Inspector OK prior to installing/replacing each pole. 3. The Contractor must immediately replace any damaged or impacted sidewalk. In addition, any new sidewalk must be installed in accordance to City Standards and ADA standards. Moreover, every effort shall be made to keep any relocated sidewalk within City ROW, if it's not possible (will not meet City or ADA Standards), then it is TEP's responsibility to obtain the appropriate easements (pedestrian and maintenance access easements) at no cost to the City. |
