We cannot approve the DF because of the site plan. The site plan submitted is from 1977. It is 37 years old and does not reflect what is currently on site.
If a current site plan cannot be found, then a new one will have to be created and submitted to zoning for approval. The new site plan must include the 2 driveways that exist & the billboard on the west side. There is no landscaping currently as the plan suggests. This all affects the number of required parking spaces.
