2-Irrigation Sleeves-Lots 31& 32/ Lots 1 & 55 Vanishing Pointe Way at Sandpiper between Lots 31 & 32 for first sleeve. Zabriskie Pointe Drive at Sandpiper between Lots 1 & 55. Boring under existing roadway to install sleeves to accommodate irrigation lines as noted on original landscape plan. Ad'l Requirements per RL- Irrigation lines shall be placed in 4" sch80 PVC pipe as sleeve and buried at a min 18" from top of sleeve. Curb shall be marked or stamped with "IS" on curb on both sides of roadway where Irrigation sleeve corsses curb. An isolation valve(s/o valve) shall be placed up stream of each roadway crossing. Irrigation lines are private facilities owned and operated by the Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA shall be responsible bor the cost and repair to city roadway infrastructure in the event of damages resulting from an irrigation line break.
