In accordance to Tucson City Code Chapter 25, 25-43 once the openings are no longer utilized for the Pedicab business the abutting property owner shall close the openings. These curb opening shall be closed with matching vertical curb per PC/COT Standard Details 206 and island removed at no expense to the City.
