T13OT01382 ADDRESS: 2610 E Florence Drive Tucson, AZ 85716 PROPERTY OWNER'S NAME: EMRICK GAIL 2610 E Florence Drive Tucson, AZ 85716 The Applicant/Owner is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson Treat Avenue Wash Flood Hazard Area, as delineated by City of Tucson Flood Hazard Maps for the property described as: Parcel at 2610 E Florence Drive, Tucson AZ 85716 For the purpose of installing new swimming pool and all associated plumbing and electrical equipment and pads for the equipment for the residential structure as shown on Plot Plan T13BU01280. The approved Plot Plan becomes part of this Floodplain Use Permit. The Applicant/owner agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and is particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the Applicant/Owner. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit (Refer to Chapter 26 "FLOODPLAIN, STORMWATER AND EROSION HAZARD MANAGEMENT" for additional information): 1. Call for Pre-construction meeting, elevation certification inspections, and final inspections. For a PDSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or contact PDSD Engineering at 837-4991, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html. 2. This Floodplain Use Permit shall be kept in a readily accessible location on site at all times. 3. All work shall conform to the approved Details and Plot Plan (T13BU01280) which are made part of this permit. 4. Submit Elevation certification(s) by a Land Surveyor registered in Arizona for the pad for the pool electrical equipment to be installed. Concrete pad for electrical components of equipment shall be set at 2406.6 NAVD88 based on WSEL 2405.6 from Treat Avenue Wash Drainage Report data. Notations should be added to clarify type of equipment and location. 5. Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, and through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "Construction proceeding under requirements of City of Tucson Floodplain Use Permit # T13OT01382. For information please call 791-5550." 6. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 7. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any required development permit changes the configuration of the improvement, or, if there is any further disturbance within the floodplain other than that outlined in this application. This floodplain use permit may be subject to conditions or restrictions designed to reduce or mitigate the potential damage or hazard to life or property resulting from development within the regulatory floodplain, floodway or erosion hazard areas as determined by the project engineer and accepted by the City of Tucson. 8. This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid for non-compliance to conditions set forth in this permit. Additionally, this permit will expire one year from its date of issue. Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Planning & Development Services Department, Engineering Division 9. The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the improvements that will be done to the existing building, and that all additions, improvements or repairs to the building are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. No other improvements, repairs, reconstruction, additions or remodeling have been made to the structure that is not indicated in the attached plans and/or documents.
