Disturbance limits includes both parcels 122-17-4000 and 122-17-3950, EXCEPT the northeast area which should remain until removed later under future development permits. After clear and grub, gravel should be placed along end of driveway at a minimum of 10-ft wide band across driveway to minimize potential sediment transport. Option: if disturbance will include northeast vegetation, the following applies: a) north boundary shall be staked with grading limits inside parcel boundary; b) additonal erosion control in form of gravel (10-ft minimum band width) shall be placed along downstream sides of North and East parcel boundaries.
