2.) In the grand ballroom restroom flow switch is greater than 3 mins. before alarm activated need to correct to 3- to 60 seconds.
3.) 2nd floor meeting room's inspector test valve can not be opened need to correct.
4.) Flow switch on the 7th floor set off at 13 sec. to soon need to correct at 30 to 60 seconds.
5.) Flow switch on the 2nd floor greater than 3 mins before alarm activated need to correct to 30 to 60 seconds.
6.) Main tamper switch for the riser buffer fly valve not monitored need to monitor this valve.
7.) Need locks on all breakers for FACP and power boosters.
