| 02/04/2011 | d) Submit completed elevation certificates to City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division for acceptance. For SAVSARP Well SA-014A, submit first elevation certificate after compaction and completion of the fill pad, and final elevation certificate indicating minimum elevation of base flange of well casing. The Floodplain Analysis Summary Report states that the upstream WSEL is 2305.81 and interpolated depth of flood at the well cover of 0.00, and that the well casing shall be 2-ft above any flood level. Elevation certificates may be submitted to show minimum pad grade of 2314.14, and well casing base flange at minimum 2316.14 (using existing grade at well casing 2313.14). e) Submit a copy of the as-builts, with copies of compaction testing reports, to City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department upon completion. 2) All conditions of Pima County Regional Flood Control District Floodplain Use Permit No.10-010 approved 2/16/10 shall apply. 3) Additional grading and floodplain review by the City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department will be required for permits for the future structures or other future phase improvements on the constructed pad. At the time when permits are required for the future control building, submit copy of final elevation certificate with plans and drainage statement. |
