02/04/2011 1) The following conditions apply to grading permit T11BU00019: a) This permit is for the initial phase of the Tucson Water SAVSARP well improvements SA-009A phase 1 only. b) The Southern Avra Valley Storage And Recovery Project (SAVSARP) Well SA-009A Phase 1 plans - Tucson Water Plan No.1-015-2010 (SA-009A) and specifications are a part of the grading permit. See also Floodplain Analysis Summary Report for Southern Avra Valley Storage and Recovery Project (SAVSARP) Planned Recovery-Well Pad Sites by TetraTech dated December 9, 2009, sealed 12/09/09 Michael Zeller, P.E. c) Minimum well structure elevation shall be set above the jurisdictional water surface to the elevation, as shown on the approved plans and drainage report, and shall be certified by an RLS. d) Submit completed elevation certificate to City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division for acceptance. For SAVSARP Well SA-009A, submit final elevation certificate indicating minimum elevation of base flange of well casing. The Floodplain Analysis Summary Report states that the upstream WSEL is 2300.43 and interpolated depth of flood at the well cover of 0.11, and that the well casing shall be 2-ft above any flood level. Regulatory flood level is at minimum 1-foot for AO1 zones. Elevation certificate shall be submitted to show minimum well casing base flange elevation of 2304.43 (using existing grade at well casing 2301.43).

At the time when permits are required for the future control building, submit copy of final elevation certificate with plans and drainage statement.
