Extension cords are for temporary use only not for permanent wiring. 5.) Remove the slide-bolt braket from the front door. 6.) Storage of combustible material under stairway is prohibited. 7.) Portable fire extinguishers must be serviced annually and must be labled. 8.) Need cover plate for j-box located in the back room area (by door) 9.) Romex wiring installed 7ft. high or below must be protected in conduit or behind wall. 10.) Area around cloth dryer next to hot water heater must be kept clean of accumulated dust and lint. 11.) Only approved type electrical power adaptors are allowed. 12.) Rear door locked ,unable to be inspect for quick accessability. Key not available. 13.) Must remove the keyed lock from rear door and replace with a thumb-turn lock. 14.) Unable to access the rear storage. Pad locked, unable to locate key. Must be inspected. |
