1. Need up to hood inspection this is done every 6 months last inspection was done in Dec. of 2008.
2. Warmer on counter top remove extension cord not allowed.
3. Cube plug adapters must be fused protected.

Owner called me back at 3:30PM for re-inspection all problems were corrected.
