4.) Need emergency back-up lights at all required exits.
5.) Provide a "NOT AN EXIT" sign for the door on the side leading into the copy rooom from the assembly hall and for the door on the side leading into thr copy room from the Fellowship Room .
6.) Remove all hardware from door ( knobs, locks and self closer) in copy room leading to the outside. Must not have appearance of a door.
7.) Provide a sign for the same door but on the exterior side that reads, "DOOR BLOCKED" in bold letters 4 to 6 high inches minimum.
8.) Need illuminated exit sign over door leading from Fellowship Room to south exit.
9.) Storage under stairwell is not allowed. all storage must be removed.
10.) Portable fire extinguishers required or not must be serviced annually. Must be serviced or be remove from service.
11.) H2O extinghuisher (silver container) is mounted too high on wall. Might cause injury to user when removing from wall. Must relocate extinguisher to a lower level.
12.) Exit access for all exits must remain free and clear from obstructions.
13.) Piano at bottom of stairway is obstructing exit. Must be removed.
14.) Provide thumb-turn lock for door leading to sub-level.
15.) Spliceing extension cords is prohibited. Remove cord, kitchen area next to range.
16.) ROMEX wiring must be protected by electrical conduit.
17.) Exit dischagre gate for south side exit doors must be readily openable without the use of a key.
