For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2554.0 feet per the NGVD '29 Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2555.0 feet per the NGVD '29 The pool equipment (i.e. heaters, pumps, and their associated equipment, including all electrical equipment), must be elevated to the Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE). An Elevation Certificate completed and certified by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor or Arizona Registered Professional Civil Engineer must be returned to Development Services Department, Engineering Division, on the first floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N.
