Allison Lombard The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson property described as (legal description): TRI PCL N OF PRINCE RD & ADJ E R/W OF SP RR 2.88 AC FW 2.95 AC SEC 27-13-13 1. This permit is for interior and exterior improvements to an existing structure located within a mapped Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) Zone AO(1) as mapped on the Federal Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Panel No. 04019C1619K, effective 2/8/99. 2. For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 1.0 foot above highest adjacent natural grade Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2.0 feet above highest adjacent natural grade The existing structure is in conformance with the City of Tucson Floodplain, Stormwater and Erosion Hazard Management Ordinance (Chapter 26), as verified by the completed Elevation Certificate sealed by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor dated July 26, 1993, showing that the lowest finished floor is elevated above the RFE. 3. Interior improvements include remodel for change in purpose of building (retail sales floor area to customer pick-up area). 4. Exterior improvements do not increase the footprint of the existing building nor introduce additional structures and/or obstructions to flood flow (i.e., improvements include re-striping of existing parking lot). 5. Any additional improvements, including block walls, fences or pools, will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit prior to construction. |
