This permit is for the purpose of temporary electric service installation within a mapped Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), Zone AE, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Community Panel No. 040076-04019C-2227K, effective date February 8, 1999. 2. The proposed development is impacted by the regulatory floodplain. For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2380.2 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2381.2 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Service facilities, such as electrical equipment, shall be constructed at or above the RFE and either be placed on flood proof materials or be adequately flood proofed. 3.
